  • Purpose of GACRAO

  • The Georgia Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admission Officers (GACRAO) is a professional non-profit organization. The purpose of GACRAO is:

      1. to provide, by means of annual conferences and otherwise, for the dissemination of information and the interchange of ideas on problems of common interest

      2. to contribute to the advancement of higher education

      3. to foster a friendly spirit of unity and cooperation among its members

      4. to advance professionally the office or offices of admissions, registration and records

      5. to promote a spirit of professional pride in the vocation

      6. to function as a unifying and coordinating agency among the educational associations and organizations within the State.
